Key Intervention / Focus Area

 Description Of Program/ Project

  1. coordinate with Entomologist and collect information on identified malaria active foci of assigned district.
  2. Prepare plan of action for ACD based on malaria risk areas (depends upon the findings of additional case during CBS or FI), in weekly or fortnightly or monthly basis.
  3. Communicate with concerned HFs staff of the focus and inform about place, date and timing of ACD 
  4. Timely notification of malaria case within 24 hours of case detection to the nearest local facility.
  5. Collect all necessary supplies and materials including form and format in coordination with entomologist/NP/GP/HF 
  6. Visit malaria focus with local HFs staff and conduct ACD
